Change Leadership
Life has its ups and downs, but overall the most interesting theme seems to be change. During my research on teams, leadership styles, and intercultural applications, there appears to be a recurring theme of change leadership. A recent that impacted 46,000 employees yet the leadership seemed apathetic to the effort. How can an organization hope to achieve breakthrough results, yet display apathy to the heart and souls of the people that breathe life into the company????
